What will you do?
Logistics Administrative Employee / Export Administrative Assistant
Your workday will be varied. You will book transport, air freight, and road shipments. You handle export documents, request phytosanitary inspections, and check import permits. Additionally, you manage customer inquiries, mostly via email but also through phone calls with customers, forwarders, and transport companies.
You will work closely with Sales Support, the shipping department, and our sales team and international agents. There will also be frequent contact with forwarders and transport companies.
You report to the Manager Sales Support & Logistics.

Additionally, you possess:
- MBO/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in a logistics and/or commercial field.
- Experience in a Logistics Administrative Export department.
- Familiarity with E-Cert.
- Experience in creating export documents.
- A good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Agriware is a bonus.

Financial Administrator

What will you do?
As a Financial Administrator at HilverdaFlorist, you will contribute to the accurate administration of our company in the Netherlands and connect with our international subsidiaries.
In this role, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, managing the entire financial administration. Your task is to ensure that the administration is always accurate and up-to-date. You will be a key player in collaborating with other teams outside the Finance department.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the administration, sub-administrations, and intercompany accounts.
- Handling bank payments and processing bank receipts.
- Supporting debtor and creditor management.
- Assisting our commercial teams with accurate information.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with various reports and assisting in preparing the annual financial statement.
You will be part of our enthusiastic Finance team which consists of 5 employees.

- MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level with a relevant diploma in administration or accounting.
- About 3 years of relevant work experience in financial administration.
- Experience using ERP systems. Experience with Exact Globe and Excel is a plus
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- A flexible attitude, and you are a team player, accurate, and a go-getter.
